Othello the Legatus Act 3 Part 1.39

Prologue 23

The legionnaires are under order to do some terrain training with runs up the hills several times. Cassio was the leader leading them. He saw the legionnaire struggling at the rear. He slowed down to check on him. He knew the other. His name was Branius Nexus, his father was a member of Senate and himself was an aspiring candidate to replace the father.

"Thank you, Centurion. I was not feeling well. Long night." The young tribune explained himself.

"You do know that this would go into the report." Cassio told him. The other nodded and then hand out his hand towards the Centurion.

"Please don't do this. I still need to succeed my father." Branius pleaded. "Please."

Cassio did not reply but he went on his own training. He had totally forgotten the event until he saw Branius at his tent the next evening.

"I am busy, Tribune. I am doing my report." Cassio told the other, but Branius had left a pouch on his working table.

"What is this?" Cassio asked him.

"A token of coins for your effort. I read the report you send to the Legatus." Branius explained. "There would be more when we return to Rome."

"Then take it back. I am not keen on it." Cassio told the other. "And leave."

Branius refused but he was chased out. That was a unreported incident, but when they left for Rome, Branius approached him in a bathhouse. It was not any bathhouse, but this one was favored for privacy.

Cassio laid down to take his massage. He had a towel over his lower back, when he felt the hands on his shoulders. He enjoyed his massages to eased the stress of the battles. He felt his body relaxed and took the massage to the next level. The masseur had moved the hands to the inner thighs and slowly moved to his cheeks.

Cassio was not particular in his gender of the sex, but he was particular with whom. He had partake in the orgies that were hosted by the members of the Senate, with their paid and discreet with their antics. He lost his virginity there, with a fellow legionnaire. They paired up and joined the Legions. The lover of his died in an earlier war with the Gauls.

"Clay, we can begin." But the one Cassio saw was not his usual masseur, but Branius. The other was naked.

"No, Centurion. Its time for me to repay you."
