1100 hours Day One Killrock

1.          The New Command Post

General Manning slammed his right fist against the hard makeshift table. He was not amused at the barrage given by the Fangs of the Draconian.

"How many are there out there?" The commander asked his aides.

"We counted about six BB with three more behind their lines. Those guns can reached us easily. We are going to reply with the Juggernaut --." Colonel Jahangir was there to reply but the General countermand his orders.

"Hold on the reply." General Manning issued his order. "I want to hit those heathens on my own terms."

The Colonel halted the command on the firing and sat back. He does not want to be told off in front of junior officers but the General was specific in the command.

"I want Fourth Company to go behind the Flat Top." General Manning spoke his second command. "They would be my deception company. But at the same time, I want Squad Five here."

The General was pointing at the Mines. He wants Squad Five to recon north of the Mine.

2.          Squad Five

Basilus checked his ammo loads when the order came in. He looked at the squad who was raring to get back into the fight. He looked at Tasha and called her up.

"Tasha, you take over the section." He looked at Tasha. "We are all reeling from the shock but we cannot go on thinking on the past."

Ranger Tasha looked at her Squad Leader and shook her head. Her head hung down but Basilus called on the Ranger to attention. He looked at her and repeat his order. Then he dismissed her off.

"Ain't you too hard on her?" Basilus looked at Mira.

"Mira, I am...." Basilus was stopped by her.

"Don't be an ass, Leader. We been through worse than this. You wanted her to lead for so long, but Micheal was senior in rank. You got your chance now, and pushed her up. She frag it once and she would do it again." Mira reminded her Squad Leader of their last mission when Tasha leading the section lost two of their numbers and had four of them injured including Basilus. Now the Squad Leader is pushing for her to be Section Leader.

"Tasha was not ..." Basilus tried to justify his action, but Andrei had stepped in with a punch on Mira. A brawl broke between Mira and Andrei before they were pulled apart. Basilus stood in between the two Rangers and wanted to cautioned them but the arrival of Colonel Ludwig stopped all activities.

"Attention." Marc shouted out when he saw the Colonel walked in. The Colonel looked at the two Rangers still glaring at each other. He choose to ignore the brawl and gave them the new order.

"Lieutenant, move them out now." Basilus saluted back.

"You are traveling on the ATT and one LTT. Two units for your recon. Captain Malik assigned a biker squad to assist you. He's Sergeant Reagan. He lost two of his knights today. So be careful out there." That was the command given by the Colonel.
