Samurai; Lost in the Time Rift 1.3

1.3

"What did you mean you do not know where are we?" The loud voice of the Teishin could be heard as he rant on telling the Shogun of this ridicule that he was subjected to. He had woken soon after the fight with the serpent but it was the fight that woke up. It was the heat inside his pallenquin and also his thick covers. His first reaction was to kicked at the slaves and then confront the Taisa. Soon Taisa Mori had enough of his lunatic raving, and grabbed hold of the Teishin.

"Buke, I heard more then enough." The Taisa shouted back. "We are not in our land and we just killed a serpent that have never been seen in our land. More to that, I lost four good warriors while you slept in that box of yours. In addition to that, I have fourteen farmers here who would like barter with your worthless life for their lost ones."

The heavily caked face of the Teishin glared at the Taisa.

"Taisa Mori, I am the Teishin. You are to served me. How dare you let these yelps confront me with their barter ploys?" Teishin Buke barked back, in which the Taisa threw him across the flooring towards the farmers.

"Then confront them, Teishin." Taisa Mori looked to his Gunso. "Fetched him his daisho. He's a samurai and let him fight like one."

Taisa looked to the Hohei.

"Anyone who assisted the Teishin would have to fight me first." He cautioned them as the daisho of the Teishin was brought out from the pallenquin.

"Come on, Teishin. Show us your skills. Just like how you did with our landlord. You had him killed for refusing to pay you the extra load of wheat." Edo spite the official who was a samurai by rank that had picked himself up. Teishin picked up his daisho and withdrew his katana.

"I am still above all of you yelps when its comes to skill. Who dares to fight me, stepped forth?" The cake coated man spoke up as he held his katana firmly in the hands. He did not get one or two of them but all fourteen of them approached him with weapons drawn. The Teishin stepped back before he barked at them.

"You yelps are not warriors. Fight me like one." Teishin Buke challenged them.

"We are not warriors. We are yelps like you called us. We fight in a pack." Edo remarked back but Teishin had approached the Taisa.

"Taisa Mori, its your responsibility to protect me. Do your duty." But Taisa shook his head and replied.

"We are not in the land of the Shogun. Here we seek our own fortunes and you are entitled to the same purpose."

Teishin turned around and faced the farmers. They are just a few feet from him. He raised up his katana and threatened them once more but they keep on coming. He raised up his katana over his head and shrieked out the call of the bushido but he found his hands locked behind him. It was not the farmers but Gunso himself. The pressure on his arms caused him to dropped the katana.

"That's enough killing for the day. We are all tired and would like to rest now." Gunso picked up the katana and threw it at the pallenquin. "Your place is there. Do not come out unless you need to peed. Or lose your head perhaps not by me, but by them."

Edo turned to his men and asked them to rest on the other side of the cavern. There they have build their own fireplaces, and all of them rested that day.

It was hours later when Taisa woke up to the smell of tea boiled over the fire. He saw the Gunso had made the tea for everyone including the slaves. He did a headcount and found the Teishin missing. He asked Gunso.

"He left an hour ago, took with him a yari from one of the dead ones." Gunso told him. "No farmers followed him as I been watching them. They were busy at the dead serpent. Never understand them and their ways."

Taisa Mori thought of sending out the Hohei to looked for the Teishin but then he decided not to. Perhaps they are still at the land of the Shogun and the Teishin could be in safer hands now. He would returned later with the warriors and then the Taisa would do the needed. After all, he was tired of his duty and responsibility. All he ever does was fight the unworthy brigands or farmers and no skilled samurai would challenged him. Even the ronin feared him, but he found Edo to be a formidable foe. His skills with the naginata was good to give him a challenge. He doubts that Edo was what he claimed to be. He could be a samurai especially the way he speaks to the Taisa.

Taisa Mori then saw Edo walking over. In the leader's hand was a white bone piece on a piece of wood.

"We fashioned this for you." Edo passed him the piece. "Its the main fangs of the serpent which we fashioned over the stick like a pick."

Edo then turned to walk back to his people but Taisa Mori stopped him.

"Are you a samurai, Edo?" That stopped the man from taking another step. He turned back to see the Taisa.

"I was a ronin. But for the last three years, I was a farmer." Edo smiled the Taisa. " I teach them how to fight like true samurai but forget the fanfare of being one. Survival counts on your skills not your ranking."

"Are we still in the land of the Shogun?" Taisa Mori changed the subject.

"I doubt so. The mist took us here and we got to find our way out." Edo replied. "Or we may die of starvation."

"What is the mist? I have been here for over five years and never seen anything like it. Do you know? Please tell." Taisa Mori asked.

"I heard of the rumors from the fisherman of these mysterious mist that comes every ten winter or so. It would enveloped their boats and soon they who were caught were missing." Edo sighed in this words. "Forever and never to be seen but there was one who came back after five years. He was an old man who told of his adventure to the realms of the unknown, or it could had been Yomi but he won't declared so."

"How did he come back?" Taisa Mori was getting irritated by this long weaving of the tale. He just want the conclusion, as like many of his own kind; swift and decisive action.

"He claimed he followed a light that shone in the dark, but the journey was treacherous with many traps and dangers. He faced monster that he could never imagined..."

"Bah! A fisherman's tale may be the sound of it. I am surprised that you ever believed him." Taisa Mori turned away in disgust.

"It would had been but the sight of the serpent tells me differently. The old man drew the serpent in his tale. That was why I believed we are in the same realm as he was." Edo spoke up. "More to it, that so called fisherman as you called him, was my father. A samurai sent by the old Lord to checked on the rumors. He may had been from a barbarian tribe as all of you called us in the palace but he was a brave samurai, and leader. I found him here after searching for six years after his disappearance. He was ridiculed by the villagers as senile or crazy, but I knew my father. I nurtured him on hi failing health until his death a year later. Since then I have been searching for this mist to understand what made my father feared so much in his life. I am here now, and I think it was a foolish move on my side."

"Edo-san, a samurai does not feared death. He fights with no fear of it. You are a disgraced to the oath taken as a samurai." Taisa Mori rebuked at the man who had earlier fought him to standstill now cowering like an idiot.

"I am no more a samurai but a farmer with a young wife and child. I know not what you meant by the code of Bushido anymore. I am just a farmer now. I was vengeful but I had placate my anger for the comfort of a peaceful life. I only raised my arm on those who threatened my family. Your Teishin did that. He killed my landlord and thus making us landless. Without land, we are wanderers of the earth. We may die of starvation. I only wanted to scare your Teishin for the repayment of gold for us to worked the land. I harbor no more desire to fight like a samurai." Edo spoke out in pain.

"Yet you attacked a mist like your father. Are you not that samurai inside you?"

"I did it out of my father's memory. I did not expect to see the mist ever in my life although I had searched it once before. But not anymore. When it came, it triggered off my previous self." Edo sighed. "Now I am drawn to the same fate as my father did."

Taisa Mori reached out for the farmer and asked him to calmed down.

"If your father found a way to leave so shall we." Taisa Mori announced to the farmer. "We are samurai's and none have we feared. Failure is only upon our death. As long as we breathe, we would search."

Lost

It was our sixty sixth day in the bunker, and the supplies were getting to a concerned level. I looked to the monitor that give us the insight to our exterior. It looked bleak as it was for the last thousand and one nights. Our home had been replaced with the layers of snow that covered even the roofs.

"Welcome to Earth 2065', I muttered to myself.

"Pardon me, Jimmy. Did you say something?" I looked towards Jenny and smiled.

"No, I was just talking to myself." I focused back on the chore I was doing then. I left the cup of coffee on the side table. If it spills onto the console, then there would be hell to pay.

"Thanks. Decaff with one lump of sugar?" Jenny played the tune towards me. I smiled back.

"No, you see that?' I pointed to the topped up cream layer. "That was just the tip of the iceberg for you. I found it in the freezer. Its still drinkable."

Jenny laughed out loud on my serving. We all make to do with every humor in this sad environment. Unlike the others, Jenny lost her legs to the blizzard but she still holds the most infectious laugh among us. Jenny now moved on a wooden crate fixed with rollers. It was the best we could fashioned up. Anything metallic would stick to her flesh in this cold.

I made my way back to the main chamber, where we had improvised as the gathering area. I saw Micheal who had just walked in from his night post at the blind section of the facilities. He had been our night watchman with his hunting rifle head ready with infra scope. He saw me looking at him.

"It was a dark and stormy night" Micheal read my mind. "The winds were howling and the snow blinds you after a while."

"Don't we all know?" I handed over his cup of coffee. He looked at it and smiled.

"Thick and hot. Just the way I liked it." He pat my back when I walked past him. My next serving was to the Night Nurse, our very own life savior and taker; a choice she sometimes had to make to preserve the living ones. She was at her table with her mind working on the analysis. Her patient; a seven year old boy was on the nearby cot, hovering close to death.

"Florence, your coffee here." I placed the cup next to her. She did not bother to looked up. Nor did I expected her to do so, she was in her own world. She had two patients in her care.

"Jae was sleeping like the dead, but he would live." Jae was at the far end, with his chest heaving in every breath he took. He was our maintenance man who fell one too many levels and broke some ribs. Florence had him wrapped up and given the sedatives.

"He would live, but not Tom." I looked at the seven year old. Florence had decided her choice.

"He was just here last week. Like a kid in a candy store. Asking me questions which I had no answers." Florence took to her coffee. Her hands were shaking; but it was not from the cold but from the decision she was to make. It never get any easier with each day you had to decide. I took my path out of the place. It was so lonely there. I had one more last stop.

"Think out of the box!" That was Jeremy, our local botanist with his head banging on the rack which contained his plant seeds. He had been trying to nurture the seeds to grow and failed. He saw me coming in.,

"Watch the coffee supplies. We may not have anymore soon." Jeremy looked to the rack. "I need good soil. Where do I find soil in this layer of ice?"

He slammed his fist on the rack. He was the botanist and we relied on him to grow our food. I placed the coffee on the far side of the table lest he spilled it. He saw the cup of coffee. He picked it up and sipped at it.

"Thank you for the coffee. I wished I could do your job. It bring out the joy in us. We are all idiots in our field." It was then the other available scientist walked in. He was Sorenson who specialized in genetics but was our resident breeder of rats; a preferred term to rodents. That was protein intake since the hogs went extinct.

"The pot calling the kettle black." Sorenson injected in his humor to the bleak vegetation project. "I have however managed to get my missus to give birth to seven in the litter. She broken the barrier and would give out more in the coming months. Salute to the advancement of science."

Sorenson looked to me.

"Tea would suffice for me. Preferably black tea but I would do with anything that resembled it." The genetic boffin took Jeremy's cup from the other and took a sip.

"The pleasure of life is what we do with whatever we have left." The genetic boffin walked off with the coffee.

"I would get you another, Jeremy." I turned to walk to the makeshift kitchen.

"Don't bother, Jimmy." Jeremy replied. "Your legs ain't healed as yet."

I looked down to my missing left lower limb; a result of carelessness and untimely mishap. Florence had it amputated to save my life. An ordeal I would never forget; losing your leg was not as painful to feel as compared of it being taken off without painkiller. I don't know to thank the Gods, I am alive or be cursed for not having died. I limped away with my crutch while holding the empty tray. I done my chore and its time to seek out my private corner. We all need one to rescue our soul.

Oz; A remake of the tale 2.04

4.  A New World

With Hinkley's help, he brought all seven of us over back to the dimension where Oz exist but its not the same one which I left from. Its all white and cold; there is not snow but the temperature is near to freezing. The other thing about this land was that its all white; the trees, leaves, the ground but the skies are still red. We saw some birds and they are all white. Even the Crows are white, and the Hornets too. Nothing of other shades are made to white.

"Darned! She had become more powerful. She is now changing the land to her preference; which is now white." Hinkley remarked on the new landscape. "She always tell me that she liked white. She wanted everything white in every thing around her.

"Hinkley, are we talking of the White Witch?" I asked once we organize the equipments which we bought over. I remembered Hinkley cautioning us' do not leave anything workable in the dimension. If its not from here, take it back. Or destroy it. We all agreed as whatever we brought were going to use to fight his war. And when its all over, there would be nothing left to bring back unless we survived.

Suddenly, we saw a familiar figure walking towards us; its the cat. Not exactly the same on which I met on when I was last here. This one is dressed in Mexican sombrero with a set of leather boots with the wide lapels over the top. The cat was also wearing a waist belt with a cutlass. More to it this cat had a dark patch over its right eye.

"Holy Mackerel! Its you, Wizard." The cat pranced up to them. "Smelly Fishes! How can you bring her back? She is the cause of all this."

The cat reached for the cutlass.

"If I still have my claws, your face would be the first one I defaced." The cat approached me. It then paused and looked at the weapons which was on me. Like the boys, I also carried the rifle and also the mini frag bombs. I am not confident of my voice sonic boom here but I got a war to fight here.

"Cat? Is that you?" I asked of the cat. Its the same one I met the last time I was here; the one with the crystal body but now that body are laced with cracks and chipped off surface.

"The name is Puss. Never had been Cat and most unlikely to change either way." The cat then looked to the Wizard. "Master, we are on the verge of losing the war. So tell me what is your strategy to win back what we lose."

"We need to get to the Cave." The Wizard told the cat.

"The Cave gone. It was destroyed by ........me. I could not afford it found by her." The cat looked away and then back at the Wizard. "Please leave. No one wants you back."

"Puss, I need is that box. Did you keep it?" The Wizard asked.

"I destroyed that too." Puss replied meekly.

"PUSS, I am your MASTER. Tell me the TRUTH." The Wizard shouted his command to the cat. "You are my apprentice and would always be."

Puss then spoke up.

"I kept it. Its in a safe place." Puss looked me. "Can't say much for your friends."

"Cat, where are they?" I rushed forth to confront the cat in the boots.

"They were captured and held in different places. You won't have them the same anymore. They been changed."

"CAT! I WANT NAMES." I am truly upset now.

"You don't have to shout. I can hear you." I looked at the forest tree lines. Its Droid. Or just part of it.

"I can't move much without my body. Puss was kind to help me with my head but it does gives me the headache." Droid was left on the ground. It must had fallen off the tree branch.

Samurai; Lost in the Time Rift 1.2

1.2

Gunso Mita was the first to wake, his eyes roved on the surrounding while his right hand searched blindly for his yari. He could not believed his eyes, as before, they were on a icy cold seaside road, and now he thinks they are in Yomi ( the underworld ) as it was all dark around with reflective green moss on the wall surface. He got up immediately and prostrate himself on the wet flooring while asking for forgiveness from the deities that may had dwell there. His eyes slowly adjusted to the new surrounding, he soon find that his surrounding was some cavern. The cavern opened with a wide silt-floored room that extend for a long distance into the darkness, with the width far into the dark for without light to measure its end. There was no large or small area rooms, the whole cavern silt up to or very near the ceiling. It was not possible to climb up this dome as there was no steps to show the path to any other upper levels. One the flooring was scattered boulders and hard crusted soiled which had formed into solid rocks of different sizes and shapes.

Gunso could see the others; Hohei and his Taisa, the farmers with the overturned pallenquin. The man who was in there was then sprawled on the wet flooring still unconscious or sleeping. The later may had been sleeping all through this time.

The Gunso walked over to the others and kicked at them to be awakened, including the slaves. At the same time, the farmers also woke up but everyone was too dazed to fight. He said the prayers for the two Hohei who had died, and arranged their bodies in a row. The farmers did the same for their dead; the three farmers by arrows.

He then woke up the Taisa.

"Are we in Yomi, Tana?" The Taisa addressed his aide by the name. If they are in Yomi, then the ranks would be dispelled off and they could be just friends.

"No, Taisa Mori. We are in dark cavern. We are not claimed by Izanagi yet." Gunso spoke up. "We would be if we continue our fight."

Gunso motioned to the congregated farmers who stood at the far end with their leader, Edo. Taisa Mori pulled himself and addressed the farmers.

"We are lost; swept by what and where we do not know." Taisa spoke to the farmers. "I would suggest a truce and let us made sense of our plight."

"We have three deads to your two; I doubt we need to have any truce." The one who held the bo spoke up but Edo intervened.

"The samurai is right. We need to know where are we? Are we still alive for one? I last remembered was the sounds and then darkness." Edo spoke up. He then looked around and then back at the Taisa. "We would looked for the way out. You may need to tend to some wounded."

It was a slap in the face for Taisa and Gunso. Four of his Hohei are injured in the fight while the farmers are without any major injuries. Taisa told Gunso to attend to the wounded while he explored the place.

"Bento, seek some woods or paper from the packs. Make some small fires to light up our dark cavern." The Hohei went on the task assisted by his friend, Sun. Meanwhile the Gunso was stripping the dead Hohei of their weapons and passing it to be stored with the other belongings. It would go back to their families for their memory of these fine sons.

Taisa Mori removed his thick clothings when he felt the atmosphere there was not as cold as the icy road. Beneath his thick clothes were his samurai clothing; shitagi, a short kimono with a button at the neck and a thin attached waist cord (obi) with a pair of trousers hakama; a loose skirting that was cut and sewn like pants. Over these clothes was the Haori; a short jacket worn over the shoulders. His feet are still clad in the geta; wooden slippers. Around his waist was his obi; the long sash in which he tuck in the daisho. He noticed all the Hohei and Gunso have done the same except that his had more motifs than theirs. He saw the slaves have removed their thick clothings to their fundoshi; the loin cloth worn by all. They have carried the Teishin back into the litter while he slept all the time.

"Gunso, where have our farmers fled to?" Taisa asked of the ranked warrior of the seventeen farmers.

"They went that way." Gunso motioned with his right hand, as he held onto the yari with the left hand. True to his words, the farmers can be seen fleeing back with screams of fear and panic. There was only twelve of them and they came running into the camp site pleading for mercy.

"Samurai, protect us from the devils of the cavern. Ito have gone to them and so would the rest." One of farmers prostrated before Taisa for protection. "It took one of us."

"Gunso, keep the camp alert. I would go and check." As the Taisa moved towards the direction from where the farmers came, two Hohei followed him; Bento and Sun with their yari held in their hands.

"May Hachiman protects them." Gunso Mita muttered to himself. Then he kicked out at the farmers to formed a line.

"You are men, so behaved like one. Now you would tell me from each of you what happened there?" Gunso Mita shouted to the farmers. Just as he completed his statement, the sound of a scream was heard in the cavern.

Meanwhile, Taisa Mori had stepped past the cover of some large boulders to shown the sight of two of the farmers holding back what may appeared to be a large serpent; thrice the four times of man and taller than man by two lengths. It was bluish with green stripes over its body. It was not only that frightens the tough warrior of the east, but the serpent was not with one but two heads.

"Edo, I am here to assist." Taisa Mori rushed forth as he drew on his katana. He swung the blade with arc over the head swing and slashed at one of the serpent' head. There was no blood that seeps out but a green mixture which glows on the flooring. Nevertheless with the slash, the serpent still fights on with the open gash.

"Its hard to kill. They can take on wounds and fights on." Edo shouted back to warned the samurai. "I have bleed it in more than three places and yet it fights."

Taisa Mori saw the wounds on the serpent but its not affecting its ferocity in fighting them. He then turned to the Hohei.

"Bento, light up the arrowheads. Use the flame to burned it." Bento understood his leader's words, as he tore off a strip of cloth from his hakama and wrapped it around the arrowhead. Then he grabbed the bottle of sake hidden inside Sun' jacket. He poured on the wine and used his lighted fire stick carried by him to light up the wine. He picked up the arrow and notched it on the bow. He then positioned himself by correcting this posture to raised the bow up. He sighted the desired are of his prey and muttered the prayer for guidance. The arrow found its mark on the left eye of the left head on the serpent. The arrow pierced in deep and burned at the delicate flesh. It was then the serpent took off back into its own hideaway.

"Edo, they are gone." The one who fights with the bo, searched for the dead companions but none was to be seen. "Who could had taken them so fast?"

"Iza, they are dead. Devoured by the serpent. We cannot do anything for them." Edo comforted his friend with a body hug that only warriors can appreciate. "Let us say our prayers and be off to rejoined the others."

Both samurai and warriors stood there to say the prayers to speed the souls of the departed to the celestial world. As they have completed the prayers, they heard the screams again, but this time it was from the camp site. Taisa Mori wasted no time to rushed back with the other following close behind. The sight that behold them was the same serpent have appeared there with the vengeance of killing all of them. Its wounded eye now blackened but does not stopped the serpent from fighting. One farmer and one Hohei was seen on the ground unmoving, while the serpent tries to slithered over their bodies. It was then Taisa Mori saw how the Serpent actually devoured its kill; there were a set of tiny legs that pushed the body towards the joint section of the serpent body where an orifice would swallowed the kills in whole.

"Sun, your sake bottle." Taisa beckon to the Hohei for the bottle which he had stuffed in the fire stick from Bento and tossed it into the open orifice. Once the bottle dropped there, it was pushed in with the dead body. Then the serpent writhed in pain as the fire spread within its body. The tiny legs reacting to the pain would not pulled the serpent back as it agonized over the pain.

"Gunso, the yari." Taisa shouted. "In between the necks."

Gunso Mita saw the spot and hurled in the yari with great force. It struck at the delicate spot and opened a large wound. There the other Hohei rained their arrows at the spot while the farmers used their pitchforks to thrust into the serpent exposed necks. Taisa Mori rushed out and had his katana to slashed at the joint between the necks. Every cut he made increased the pain inflicted on the serpent and finally it dropped dead on the flooring. The green mixture that it bleeds burned at the flooring but then soon caked to become green moss.

"That's wasabi for your sushi." Gunso Mita spoke out. No one dares to reply to his words then. Edo and Iza comforted his own men on the death of the few by this vile creature. As usual, Gunso would collect the dead's weapons to be stored away. He retrieved his yari and found it partly coated with the green moss. He took up the yari and thrust it once more into the dead serpent.

"Take that to Yomi with you. I would get another myself." Gunso walked away with a feeling of sadness on losing his yari.

Saturday Night Special: Stiletto and Lipsticks; need I reveal more?

This is rated SX / PG ( considering some adults still needed parental guidance ) and its lesbian. So hang onto your ......if do wear them. Other than that, please read. I am not your counselor for the subject, I am just advocating creative tales.

Hence the picture on the right. Don't yourself twisted on it......

"Stiletto heels concentrate a large amount of force into a small area under it the small heel point. Due to the weight of its host, the great pressure under such a heel may be greater than that under the feet of an elephant. It could damage the soft tissue on the body. You could however cushioned it with the "heel stopper"; improvised by myself to prevent such damages." I saw the middle finger on the hand being raised. Its the sign for submission; no, I was afraid it was not. It was the hand signal for me to stop. I stepped off her to stand beside the couch.

"I did expressed to you that the couch may not be suited for the shiatsu point. But you insisted." I strolled over to the dresser mirror. I checked my lipstick; cherry red does bring out my lips. I put my lips up and did the Monroe pose. All are in fine order with the pert and perk in their positions. I felt the hands that snaked by my waist and up my chest to twitch at my nipples.

"For someone with the back ache, you are one lively specimen for another round of gymnastics." I grabbed her hands to moved it downwards. "I have the add-on for the finale strokes."

"No, darling. It still hurts on the back." She laid her nibbles on the back of my shoulders before she pulled in the fangs to licked up the skin towards the neck. "Must you put on that scent? It invigorate my senses."

I knew she loved the scent; we had chose it together on our first meet; reaching for the same bottle and when we looked into each other eyes, it was the cherry red lipstick that drew out our smiles. She had her hands spread out on the front of my thighs; yet so distinct but refusing to push for the point.

It was then I recalled my scheduled appointment. I pulled away and walked to the side table where our clothes were laid in the manner which we had removed it. I took up the blouse and pulled it on before slipping myself into the mid length skirt. With my heels of 12cm, the skirt enhanced my legs with the enticing rear end to my perky cleavage. I grabbed up the jacket to hide the glimpse of the nipples. I looked to her while she sat there with her seductive porn star post; legs wide with her upper torso leaned to the side while her lips pout out.

"I have an appointment. The top are on my butt for the closing numbers. Those bummers think that we are not doing enough." I checked my lipstick. "Some smart asses said that we ought to dressed more in heels and skirts to enhance the feminine in us. They loathe the business pant suit with flats. They called my briefcase at over sized shopping bag. I paid good dollars for it."

"Well, screwed the men. They don't know what a fuck is from a hump." I loved it when she does speak dirty. I smile at her before I grabbed my 'over sized shopping bag'. Soon I was at my appointed meeting.

"Mr.Duncan, I can assured you that our bank rates are very competitive. We would go lower but we needed your commitments." I disliked the man who sit there leaning back on his high back chair with his groin stuffed close to the table edge. I do not mean to be rude but if God had given us anatomy to grew on, 'she' did left out the tummy from the list. It was Man who added it on.

"I would, Lizzy." Darned the man was calling me by my short name. Who does he think he was? My high school one night stand. I was getting agitated with his roving eyes. If not for my misplaced panty, I would had not kept my posture in such an upright position.

"Ian, let me take over. You go on to take your noon nap. You looked like you needed one. Sleep it off." I looked up to the new comer. She was half his age and absolutely gorgeous. Mr. Perv who want it lower took off to the next room while the lady sat on the chair. She immediately got up and had it replaced. I could had sworn there was a wet patch on the chair. The perv must had in need of the napkins.

"Ms.Elizabeth, my name is Stacy Duncan, the CEO and also the majority shareholder. That was my husband, and ..." She dropped the lines. "I read your letter of offer. Your rates are comfortable."

I loved the way she sounded; raspy yet sexy. She was dressed in a green silky dress with a long revealing back. I could tell as I had one myself.

"You bought that at Darcy?" I interjected on her. She looked at me and smiled. She swished her blonde curls back and replied.

"Yours too? I recognised the design." I bought mine from Darcy too. I nodded to her line. Soon we were comparing notes on Darcy latest offerings. We moved to the another room where her office was; and a closet of clothes including Darcy's range. Soon we were trying on the range and let me shared with you, there was serious vibrations in the room. Two ladies in various stage of dressing commenting on each other brought out the feminine feel inside me.

"You looked lovely in that one." I was wearing a skimpy mini dress and with my heels, you don't get much brain power to imagine the effect. I had stood next to her naked except for my heels over the last five changes, and she was bared most times except for the bottom thongs and heels. When she told I looked lovely, she had just removed the last strapless mini dress. It was all in us, we just moved with the vibration. I stepped forth and laid my lips on hers. She opened her lips and licked her tongue with mine. Her hands moved onto my back and rubbed the soft material onto my skin. I moved my lips to the bridge of her nose and then onto her lashes. She pulled back and smiled. I ought to know; not all lashes are real. She reached up and took it from my lips.

"Do you like ...Man?" She whispered to me.

"Only if they know how to pleasure a lady." I leaned down to kissed at her left shoulder. She raised up her hands to pulled me down. I trailed my lips to beneath her chin and down the cleavage towards her left breast. I opened up my lips to gulfed her soft flesh into my mouth; pulling and then releasing as my lips moved onto her teats. I pulled back my lips to nibbled with my teeth. She arched her body towards me as I opened up my mouth to suckle on the areola. She pushed me off and pulled my lips to her's. We kissed while I slipped myself off the dress.

"Leave the heels on. Its sexy." I told her. The next hour was an intense session between two persons pleasuring each other. There was never a need for the rush or the pumps, but the feel of being loved was the rhythm to bring out the woman in us. I left her office cum room with my contract signed, and our next scheduled appointment at Darcy's. Stacy had signed with her cherry lipstick on the dotted lines.

Later back at the apartment, I walked in on my love still sleeping on the couch in the awkward position. I knew then why she had the back ache. I stripped off my clothes and approached the sleeping form. I leaned down and gave her peck on the lips. She woke up and smiled.

"I do have another set of lips here." She smiled at me with her finger caressing her lower lip. I reached up and kissed her before spooning my body onto her.

"Did the deal go through?" She had to asked.

"Yes, it did. I fucked hard and got the lines crossed." I told her. She smiled.

"Then let me show you what I was thinking of this afternoon." I loved being a woman. Lipsticks and heels are our best friends.

3. Murderer

"I can bring you there, but there are consequences." Hinkley told me. "You can view, you can feel, but you cannot touch. More so, they won't be to see you. Those are the conditions."

I agreed. I want to agree so I can get to see my mother. My real mother.

Soon I find myself, standing on a cliff. Its a wind swept cliff but the wind is only breezing now. I know I am back at Oz when there are red skies over me. Then I saw the lady at a distance away. She was standing there dressed in a white gown with her short hair cut like my style' close to the ears. She was also a holding a long staff in her hands like a guard standing on duty at the post.

Then there was the appearance of a orb, like the one used by Glinda. It landed on the cliff where she was standing. The figure with the long hair dressed in red, and wearing the same red boot I had one; she stepped out of the orb and approached the earlier lady. They began talking while I tried to find my way towards them. The winds picked up and there was no direct way to the other side of the cliff. I keep on looking and still there was no direct way. Then I heard the change of voices over there. They are shouting at each other; calling each other with names.

I wanted to scream out; used by voice to break the argument, but nothing came out of it. I stopped to look at them. The one in white then raised her staff, while the red one stepped back. The red one picked up something from her dress and raised it up. It was a dagger; a red hilt with a shiny red blade.

The one in the white raised the staff above her head with both her arms and then lightning appeared from the red skies. It struck near the cliff and keep on moving closer towards them.

The later one raised her dagger in front of her and point it at the white lady. A streak of red waves appeared with a spiral twirling direction towards the white lady. Its struck the white lady causing her to fall down. The white lady raised up her staff and direct a lightning towards the lady in red. This one struck the red lady. It caused her some burns which would not recovered.

"Way to go, Mother," I shouted out.

"The one who got hurt is your mother." I looked back and saw Hinkley. The bastard only tells me now. I looked back and saw the red lady half standing holding her injured body. She did not see the next move until the dagger was thrust into her heart. Then the red lady collapsed. The white lady pushed the red lady off the cliff.

"Mother?"I could nor screamed, but muttered her name. I saw the incident but I cannot do anything to stop it.

"Who is she?" I then shook my head. "I mean where is her."

"She is in Limbo." Hinkley replied.

"I want to see her there." I asked him. "Please...."

Hinkley took me there.

Limbo was a dimension and not a place. Its the last dimension of the twenty one levels. Its where the banished are sent to where they can be detained. Its a white plain dimension with nothing at all, except endless void. I was told there are only two of them there with seven Guardians there.

We met the seven Guardians standing there waiting for us.

"She is not here. She was taken away by her daughter. You knew her as the White Witch." The leader of the Seven Guardians told them. "She also taken the General."

"General?" I asked.

"You do not want to know. Our war have just got bad." Hinkley replied.

We now have a murderer and the dimensions best war strategist taken

Maggie, WASP 1944

"Molly, the crazy cows are out again."

I heard my mum. It must be Daisy; she's one old hag that would never do without her morning walks. I wished Maggie was here. She knew how to handle Daisy better than myself.

"Maggie.." I sighed. It had been over a year now. She went plum crazy when they offered to have ladies fly those army planes.

"What does a lady know about flying?" I muttered to myself. There was a tap on my shoulder. I looked up.

Its Maggie in her flying uniform.

"You are one plum crazy pilot, Maggie."

Footnote:

In life, we all have crazy notions, but it was all worth it when you finally done it. The best audience you can ever wished then would be your own siblings when they appreciate your home coming. There is no home like your own.

A salutation to the WASP pilots of WW2. They were the pioneering civilian female pilots, employed to fly military aircraft under the direction of the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. They were created on August 1943, numbered 1,074, flew over 60 million miles in every type of military aircraft before they were disbanded in September 1944. The WASP was granted veteran status in 1977, and given the Congressional Gold Medal in 2009.

Oz; a remake of the tale 2.02

2.        Decision

"I know its hard for you to accept, but its the truth." Uncle Henry later told me. "I am also from that dimension; sent over by our father. It was to explore the land and prepare for an invasion. The Invasion was called off, and so was myself. I could not find my way back but I could communicate with them. Hinkley told me he was sending you over sometime back, but I did not ask why or what? Instead he came over with you, and left me back there."

"The bastard brother left me there for years while he is here to see to his last darling daughter grow." Uncle Henry spoke in anger. "You were his last but you were not from the same mother. Your mother was the King's daughter."

"The King forbid the relationship and they eloped. Or rather she eloped with him." Uncle Henry continued. "You were born and there were two enemies; your grandfather and your father's other wife."

I looked in disbelief.

"She caused your mother's death. Your father confronted her. She was sent into limbo; their version of a prison. Then your grandfather took on a war in your mother's name. They fought and he lost. Your father split the land into four for his surviving daughters." Uncle Henry paused. "Then he tried to made amends for you. He brought you here. He told me. He had hidden your memory, and replaced with one of his creation."

"You mean my father changed my memory. How can he...." I shouted out in anger. The man intruded into my mind.

"I had to, Dorothy." Its him standing behind me. My own father was standing there; listening in and keeping quiet. He also caused my grandfather to lose a kingdom. I stepped up to him and threw him a punch. He took it like a man. Then I stood there as he composed himself.

"I loved your mother. I did not expect her to be done by the other one." The one named Hinkley spoke like we are having a dinner conversation. "I placed the one in limbo. It was the least I could do."

I don't what or why, but I needed my father now. My real father.

He held out his arms and I went for it. We hugged while I cried my emotions out. I am not sure who I am now.

"Dorothy, you have to stopped your sisters. Or rather the one who would destroy your inheritance." Hinkley told me.

"Do you think I care about the kingdom?" I spurt it out. "I just ......want to find out my past. Who is my mother? I need to know."

"Your mother was a...." I stopped him.

"Don't tell me about the kingdom. I am not keen on it. I just want to free the people." I pulled myself away. "I don't know why, but I owed them that."

"You are their Princess. Your grandfather is dead. You are the one they can rely on. " Hinkley barked back.

I had heard enough. I pushed him off and walked away.

"Dorothy, you can walked away from me, but you can't walked away from your people." Hinkley shouted at me. Then I felt the pain in my head. Its the images that passed by my eyes. Then came the sounds and voices. It was followed by the scents and aroma; whatever that smells.

I went down to my knees. It was very painful.

Hinkley picked me up and held me. This time I did not pushed him away. I remembered it all.

My mother. My childhood. My kingdom.

"Father, I want to see mother's murderer." I told him off. "I want to see her or I won't fight.. Not only see her but how she murdered my mother. "

Samurai; Lost in the Time Rift 1.1

Part 1

The Cavern

1.1

The cold icy wind from Ishikari Bay during winter can be very cold as it was snowing most days during then. The inlet of the Sea of Japan on the western coast of Hokkaido, Japan. The Ishikari River, about 275 mi long, flows generally southwest from the mountainous interior of the island into the bay. The name of the derived from the Ainu term ishikaribetsu or it mean the greatly meandering river, which describes the flow of its lower course. Inundations usually occur twice a year, after the thaw of spring and the rains of summer. It primary Ainu settlements and the Shogun set up an outpost here, with a small warrior army detachments including the samurai. Most times they handled the pirates clashes in the area, but at other times, they just patrol the farmlands.

The small retinue of warriors made their way on the road alongside the beach towards the town on Otaru, in the prefecture of Hokkaido. The twelve warriors was led by the Taisa ( Captain in rank ) Juno Mori on foot; once a proud warrior from the Palace Guards in Edo, but now reduced to this cold icy land as Border's Guards five years ago. His rank may had justified him a horse but the prefecture was a poor one then, that even this luxury was excluded for his comfort. He was flanked by the Gunso ( Sargeant ) Tana Mita; who had followed his leader upon the exile, now leading a donkey with their personal loads. Once Gunso had said; even the donkey would suffice when the horse was not available.

They have with them the ten young samurai with the ranking of Hohei ( young inexperience warriors ) who was leading the sedan chair carried by two slaves. Each Hohei was armed with their daisho (katana and wakizashi ), kami ( bow ) and the quiver of arrows, with the yari that lengthens over their height. Behind the sedan was six more slaves carrying the three litters that hold their personal effects. All of them are swatted in the thick clothings against the cold air.

They were accompanying the local Teishin ( Courtiers ) of the Shoguns, also banished here for failure to meet the expectations of the Shogun. He was forbidden by order not to commit seppuku, but to served his penance on this prefecture. The man was hand carried in the Norimono, a type of sedan chair used by higher class citizens in feudal Japan.

"The weather is as bad as the last one we had last winter, huh." Gunso Mita does not asked questions, he only gives statement. He had been a Gunso for over ten years now, but never got beyond this position as he was not diplomatic person. If a wrong was done, he would raised his words to that and never stepped down from it. The man with a height of under five feet holds a square body frame that bursts with energy that made him one of the toughest Gunso in the realm. Unlike his esteemed trainees under him, Gunso Mita carried the daisho (katana and wakizashi ) as befitting of his rank, but he prefers the yari more. The yari; the Japanese spear with the two feet length narrow diamond shaped blade on the five feet long staff. He was a master of the art of Sojutsu, the art of wielding the yari. Both of them had their hair shaped into the narrow band of the samurai class on top of their head

"Old dog, you yelp too many times nowadays. Maybe I ought to feed you to the sea." Taisa Juno always rebuked at his Gunso but they shared a deep understanding for their years of working together. Taisa Juno was taller than his Gunso by half a head but held a slimmer frame. It was mistaken by many of former foes for his weakling profile, but the body was build for speed and strength. His skills with the katana was renowned in the Palace, and many shuddered had to challenged him.

"Hai, Taisa." Gunso Mita replied back with irate in his tone. "I am old and you have never aged since the last five springs have passed."

"I have, Tana." The Taisa spoke to his old friend. "But I hide my wrinkles better than you."

"Hai, the stubble on my chin grows faster than my age." Gunso Mita laughed out with a cheerful burst.

"How fare our Teishin? Asleep as usual I believed in there. He sleeps anywhere and everywhere." Taisa commented on their care as he moved on. Juno had been assigned to take care of this man for over three years when the Shogun deemed him worthy of the task. The Teishin was not a difficult person to handled as long as you know his whims and aches. One of them was the need to travel to the local Lord's castle for the one a moon discussion. He hated that but it was his duty to represent the Shogun. His only delight was the treats that would be given to him by the Lord for his attendance. It also covered his need to report the unneeded news to the Shogun.

"If Teishin walks with us, it would an endless walks on this road, as he moved slower than the heavy women." Gunso replied with a hearty laugh. "I wished to be back soon, to sample the new grinding stone. I have many blades to sharpen, including this one."

Gunso Mita clutched his own crotch to showed he misses his wife back home. But then the sight before them on the road soon diminished their laughter for lined in front of them were twenty men with various weapons.

"Bandits!" Gunso Mita shouted out as he held onto the yari with both his hands. Taisa Juno hesitated and preferred to use diplomatic means to evade bloodshed. The Taisa held out his hands to signaled the warriors to protect the Teshin while he and the Gunso meet the bandits. Two of the Hohei had drawn the yumi ( bow ) with the arrows notched on the string.

Slowly Taisa Mori approached the bandits with his trusted friend. He counted among the twenty men; only five are considered worthy opponents. The others are cannon fodder to the battle. He singled out the leader, a tall warrior covered with a loin cloth and half torn shift over his chest; exposed at the waist. He had a his thick robe over his shoulders that he wore to cover himself from the cold. The leader also held in his right hand the naginata; three feet of sharp blade locked onto a four feet length wooden staff. To the leader side, was one other with a bald head tied with a red cloth over his forehead and dressed the same like leader, but he held a long wooden staff named as bo. The bald man had a long curved knife on his waist belt.

"Konichiwa, Samurai." It was rare for one to greet the Samurai in that manner, as it was unheard of the commoners to even speak unless spoken to. "I am Kato, a simple farmer who need to speak to your Teishin. He owes me my master his dues for the supply I had delivered to him."

That was the leader who addressed the samurai warriors. One of the young Hohei charged out with his sword half drawn but the sudden move by Gunso with the blunt side of the yari stopped the fool.

"Nunto, back to your position! The Gunso barked at the young Hohei who slowly made his way back to the pallenquin. Taisa Mori stepped forth to confront the bandit leader, but he was halted by the protruding bo. He swept that away and stopped in front of the leader.

"Impudent fool! How dare you address me? Who is your master by ranking?" Taisa Mori shouted at the leader as he drew on his katana under the thick robe. Its customary of the samurai to exert major punishment for insults.

"Hai!" The leader stepped back with his naginata now placed at the neck of the Taisa. "Your blade may not saved you, samurai."

"Hai" Taisa Mori acknowledged the leader, "But you are also no better off."

The katana half drawn had marked the exposed torso of the so called leader with its intended streak of slash should its owner moved the wrists that was holding the hilt of the katana.

"We have each other at a disadvantage. Perhaps if we could discuss the next better option." The leader smiled at the Taisa while taking a step backwards and pulling back the naginata. Taisa did the same and then faced his attacker.

"Commoner, your name and your master's name."Taisa Mori asked of the bandit.

"Commoner? I may be one but everyone called me by my name, Edo; a farmer now. I am without a master. He died in his sleep last night. But before he died, he asked me take over his estate." The rest of the farmers laughed out loudly. "Me, the unworthy one inherits his estate. Such an unusual task for me."

The farmers all laughed again at the joke made by their leader but Taisa Mori was not excited about it. He had drawn the katana out and had it pointed towards the leader but again the leader had it deflected on the swing with the naginata. This time it was a not play for words but a play of skills and determination. For every strike done by Taisa Mori, it was well defended by the leader. The others had joined in the battle with Gunso leading six Hohei to fight with the nineteen other farmers.

One Hohei went down on being assaulted; the katana deflected the sickle drawn on him but the back blow of the bo, caused him to lose his balance and he was pierced in the mouth by another farmer with a long blade. He was not the last as another went down too on being cornered by two pitchfork.

"Move the men back. Gunso! We are outnumbered." Taisa Mori gave the order as he steppe back. "Bento, Sun; released the arrows."

The archers found their aims to be good as they hit two farmer in the neck and another one was to fall before the other farmer withdrew. One of them who was retreating looked out to the sea and exclaimed.

"The sea devils coming! Susano-ô protect us." Both the samurai and farmers looked out to the bay and saw the thick mist flowing in strong from the sea.

"So its true!" Edo shouted as he abandoned the fight to rushed towards the mist with his naginata swinging blindly. "I come for you, monster. To avenge my family name."

Edo was stopped in his rush as he dropped the naginata to clasped the hands over his head. He then fell onto the ground, rolling and cursing in pain.

"What manner of lies are these?" Taisa Mori shouted out but the mist soon covered all of them on the road. Just as the mist covered them all, an eerie sound was heard. It was the sound of bells and whistles with high notes that pierced their ears to their mind, making them dropped their weapons.

Hohei, slaves, and farmers all held their hands over their ears but it was no protection as they all collapsed down on the ground. Soon none was seen standing as the misty cover enveloped them all. Once the mist had passed, there was no one left on the road to be seen.
